Driving Under the Influence

Did you know that generally speaking, the DMV will take action to suspend your driving privileges immediately after DUI arrest? The California Vehicle Code requires a person to request a hearing within 10 days of receiving notice of the action against their driving privilege. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of driving privileges.

If you find yourself arrested for Driving Under the influence then immediately request a DMV hearing and contact our office to assist you with your criminal charges.
