Drones Violating Your Rights – The use of police drones to surveil citizens and the 4th Amendment implications has been rarely addressed by the appellate courts. Where is the line between “public view” and the right to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures? Does the search of a house with a drone eliminate exigent circumstances? These are issues that the United States Supreme Court will need to address.
