You create the evidence so that the DA doesn’t have to. We see more defendant’s snitching on themselves than we see co-defendants snitching on each other. If it is on your phone then the police will recover it. Don’t talk to your boy, your girl or your momma. Don’t talk about your case on the jail phone. Don’t talk about it to your cellmate. Most importantly, don’t talk to the police.
